Thank you for visiting and shopping at ATD Detailing  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Domestic Shipping Policy 

 

Shipment processing time 

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please use the following table as a guide to postage costs. All mail is sent standard with an insurance value  

of £20, If you wish to increase the insurance level please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, due to circumstances beyond our control.. 

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

 

ATD Detailing ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. On request we will quote for overseas 

Shipping. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) where applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

ATD Detailing always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

 

ATD Detailing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

Damages 

 

Unfortunately, accidents do happen, while every care will be taken to package your order for safe transport, ATD Detailing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee 

 

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. 

  • Please note: 

 

    • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 
    • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
    • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
    • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 
    • You must contact us in the first place to arrange an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code. Any returns received without this will not be processed.
